The Nea Potidea is a beautiful seaside village of Halkidiki .

Since ancient times the Nea Potidea had hegemonic role in the region because of its geographical position .

You can see the wall of Justinian , from which preserved some parts of the fortification of the entrance to the peninsula . The wall ends west of the harbor and the western tower is surrounded by the sea .

The beach of Nea Potidaia with fine sands and blue waters are amazing. The village with pedestrian streets , featuring cycling , pavilions , bridges are ideal for walks.

It will amaze you the view from the canal of Nea Potidaia , which connects the two bays, Thermaikos and  Toroneo .
